1. Introduction & Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing digital products from Nova Agency Hub, you agree to bound by these Terms & Conditions. Our executive leadership team (CEO: Fawad Malik, Partner: Abubakar Malik) maintains sole administrative oversight over marketplace operations.
2. Payment Verification & Processing Time
Nova Agency Hub utilizes manual payment verification for local and crypto gateways (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Binance, USDT, Bank Transfer, PayPal, SadaPay). Upon submitting your transaction ID and sender details, payment verification typically requires 10 to 60 minutes. In rare administrative review cases, verification may take slightly longer.
3. Digital Product Delivery & Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads, once a payment is verified and download access is granted in your Orders History, purchases are strictly non-refundable unless the digital product is proven non-functional after support review.
4. Account Tiers & Loyalty Program
Users automatically advance through loyalty tiers (New User, Regular User, VIP User, VVIP User) based on verified completed purchases. Account tier privileges and benefits remain subject to administrative verification.
